A Green Luxury Experience
History tells us that the property was a resting spot for boatmen engaged in transporting travelers and pilgrims, with their animals and their goods, across the Ticino River. The stop used to take place in the ancient dwellings and, during the day, in the large field fairs and markets were held. In the Convivium del Forestiero people used to meet for lunch, dinner and convivial moments.
The overnight stay was carried out in the Locanda del Viandante, located next to the Antica Canonica, the residence of the religious who used to take care of San Cristoforo Church. The animals, instead, used to rest in the Stallaggio degli Animali after having passed through the drinking trough (today a swimming pool). The sacks of grain, rice and cereals were stored in the Magazzino delle Granaglie.

The many areas of which the Borgo is composed will allow you to organize your wedding in various areas of the property. A dynamic wedding where the different stages of it can take place in different locations where guests can dive into history, architecture and especially in nature.

Corporate events need large indoor and outdoor venues and well-kept facilities and technology. The atmosphere is the key because the feeling that comes from the location is the most important one that guests will take away.
